Just one small nit.

This would be better indented as:

		} else if (likely((frame_hdr->sts & RXFSHR_RXFV) &&
				  frame_hdr->len > 0 &&
				  frame_hdr->len < RX_BUF_SIZE)) {

I do wonder why and when frame_hdr->len would be 0
and why the test is < RX_BUF_SIZE and not <=
