Subject: [net-next 09/13] i40e/i40evf: Remove addressof casts to same type
Date: Mon, 31 Mar 2014 16:34:55 -0700 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1396308899-20926-10-git-send-email-jeffrey.t.kirsher@intel.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1396308899-20926-1-git-send-email-jeffrey.t.kirsher@intel.com>
From: Joe Perches <joe@perches.com>
Using addressof then casting to the original type is pointless,
so remove these unnecessary casts.
Done via coccinelle script:
$ cat typecast.cocci
@@
type T;
T foo;
@@
- (T *)&foo
+ &foo
