fix build errors:
drivers/net/ethernet/ti/cpts.c:266:12: error: 'ETH_HLEN' undeclared (first use in this function)
drivers/net/ethernet/ti/cpts.c:276:23: error: 'VLAN_HLEN' undeclared (first use in this function)
