Subject: [PATCHv3 net-next 08/14] nfp: move filling ring information to FW config
Date: Thu, 18 Feb 2016 20:38:23 +0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1455827909-26443-9-git-send-email-jakub.kicinski@netronome.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1455827909-26443-1-git-send-email-jakub.kicinski@netronome.com>
nfp_net_[rt]x_ring_{alloc,free} should only allocate or free
ring resources without touching the device. Move setting
parameters in the BAR to separate functions. This will make
it possible to reuse alloc/free functions to allocate new
rings while the device is running.
