These macros have there since the first revision but were never used, so
let's just remove them.

rtl8211f_led_hw_control_get() does not need atomic bit operations,
replace set_bit() by __set_bit().

Like the RTL8211F, the RTL8211E PHY supports up to three LEDs.
Add netdev trigger support for them, too.
