Subject: ipsec state?
Date: Thu, 31 Oct 2002 23:20:21 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20021031222021.GA19261@outpost.ds9a.nl> (raw)

Where is ipsec right now? I see fascinating code in the kernel that is
mostly disabled.

I heard an earlier statement that this code would be using the freeswan
pluto userspace stuff, is that still true?

any estimate on when this code can be tried by the brave? I'm just itching
to document this stuff on lartc.org.

Thanks - this is a big thing, lots and lots of people are suddenly all
excited over 2.5/2.6. I bet we're going to see a swift adoption of it, far
swifter than 2.4.

Regards,

bert hubert
