* [PATCH] Drop ISA dependencies for IRDA #2

This incorporates the changes suggested by Martin Diehl. 

Drop CONFIG_ISA dependencies for IRDA drivers. These chips 
really hang of a LPC bus, which doesn't have a special CONFIG.

This makes them build on x86-64

Please apply.
