[PATCH] small MV643xx fixes

[PATCH] small MV643xx fixes

[Christoph Hellwig]

 - kill an unused variable in mv64340_eth_remove
 - kill pointer arithmetics on integers sillyness
 - don't include <asm/addrspace.h> - it's unessecary and mips-specific
