[NETFILTER] Fix typo in ctnl_exp_cb array (no bug, just memory waste)
This fixes the size of the ctnl_exp_cb array that is IPCTNL_MSG_EXP_MAX
instead of IPCTNL_MSG_MAX. Simple typo.
