In menuconfig:
Typing '?' on CONFIG_HOTPLUG revealed:
Selected by: PCCARD || HOTPLUG_PCI && PCI && EXPERIMENTAL || FW_LOADER
Then use '/' to search for the CONFIG_ symbols to see where they are
defined.
