|  This removes DCCP_SOCKOPT_PACKET_SIZE for two reasons:
|  * the current code doesn't work
|  * tx and rx should be different (introduced in former patch)

Agree that DCCP_SOCKOPT_PACKET_SIZE is redundant, patch looks good and
has been tested.
