I took the latest version of the text document and put it on the OSDL
networking wiki. The content is unchanged but I messed with the formatting a
fair amount so it meshed with the wiki formatting. That said, I will admit
that my wiki-foo is pretty weak so if anybody wants to take a stab at it
please do. I'll write up a small patch sometime tomorrow for Documentation/
that points to the wiki page and send it off to the list.
Thanks to everybody who sent me comments on the document on and off the list.
