before starting a new compilation with ilpo's new patch, i've run the
usual tests with 2.6.27.2 with and without ilpo patch; the settings for
tcp_window_scaling, tcp_timestamps and tcp_sack are always "1"

the new compilation, as usual, will take at least three hours! :-D
