By default
ifDescr == ifName == interface name (ie eth0, enp0s1, ...)
If the device is on PCI bus then result is like:
IF-MIB::ifDescr.2 = STRING: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller
IF-MIB::ifName.2 = STRING: enp3s0
