Subject: [net-next 21/21] ixgbe: Add PF support for VF promiscuous mode
Date: Fri, 30 Dec 2016 01:33:41 -0800	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20161230093341.14674-22-jeffrey.t.kirsher@intel.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20161230093341.14674-1-jeffrey.t.kirsher@intel.com>

From: Don Skidmore <donald.c.skidmore@intel.com>

This patch extends the xcast mailbox message to include support for
unicast promiscuous mode. To allow a VF to enter this mode the PF
must be in promiscuous mode.

A later patch will add the support needed in the VF driver (ixgbevf)
