Series applied, thank you.

Please, when you provide a Fixes: tag, do not separate it with the
other Signed-off-by: and Acked-by: etc. tags with an empty line.  It
is just another tag, so keep them all together without any kind of
separation like that.

A lot of people seem to do this, I wonder why :-)
