Hi Michael

This looks like a standard BMCR. I know Russell King has pushed for
just using MII_BMCR, BMCR_ANENABLE | BMCR_ANRESTART, BMCR_FULLDPLX |
BMCR_SPEED1000, etc, since people understand what they mean.
