This doesn't look right.  Try something like

- odst = net->xfrm.policy_bydst[dir].table;
+ odst = rcu_dereference_protected(net->xfrm.policy_bydst[dir].table,
			           lockdep_is_held(&net->xfrm.xfrm_policy_lock));
