* [PATCH net-next] net/packet: remove po->xmit

Use PACKET_SOCK_QDISC_BYPASS atomic bit instead of a pointer.

This removes one indirect call in fast path,
and READ_ONCE()/WRITE_ONCE() annotations as well.
