These don't appear to be large enough to cause problems, but it is a good practice to make constants go to the .rodata section, and that would be achieved by moving them to the global scope of this file (don't forget to make them static) and to give them more specific names (lan867x_fixup_regs, lan867x_fixup_values, lan867x_fixup_masks).
