[PATCH] ptp: clockmatrix: Start comments with '/*'

Several comments in idt8a340_reg.h start with '/**',
which denotes the start of a Kernel doc,
but are otherwise not Kernel docs.

Resolve this conflict by starting these comments with '/*' instead.
