From: Tang Longjun <tanglongjun@kylinos.cn>

virtnet_get_hw_stats will return same value of 0 in the following three cases:
1. VIRTIO_NET_F_DEVICE_STATS feature is not configured on the device side.
2. success to obtain device stats.
3. fail to obtain device stats.
This would lead to case 1 and case 3 being unable to be recognized.

So, it's fixed by returning different values for the three cases.

Fixes: 941168f8b40e ("virtio_net: support device stats")

This makes sense, looks like a typo in the original code.
But we are now returning the reverse polarity of "ok", so we should
probably rename the variable in virtnet_get_hw_stats() ok -> failed
Or invert the polarity here and in virtnet_get_hw_stats()

IDK about this part. We should not spam the logs if the device does not
support a feature. We should instead skip reporting the relevant stats.
User can tell that those stats are not supported from the fact they are
not present.

I found that Dan Carpenter had discovered the same issue before, and he had already submitted a patch, so I'm backing out.
