[PATCH net-next 2/2] net: airoha: npu: Init BA memory region if provided via DTS

Initialize NPU Block Ack memory region if reserved via DTS.
Block Ack memory region is used by NPU MT7996 (Eagle) offloading.

This oneOf can be simplified to just this last entry plus 'minItems: 1'. 
Sure that allows 2 or 3 entries, but nothing defines when 1, 4, or 5 
entries is valid or not.
