ipmr_cache_resolve() / ip6mr_cache_resolve() dequeues
skb from mr_mfc.unres.unresolved with no protection.
Patch 1 / 2 replace __skb_dequeue() with skb_dequeue()
in ipmr_cache_resolve() / ip6mr_cache_resolve().
