A comment in drivers/net/ethernet/sis/sis900.h incorrectly refers to
CONFIG_VLAN_802_1Q instead of CONFIG_VLAN_8021Q. Correct it.
Discovered while searching for CONFIG_* symbols referenced in code but
not defined in any Kconfig file.
