I just refreshed and re-merged the netdev-2.6 queue.
Everybody following the BK queue bk://gkernel.bkbits.net/netdev-2.6 (or
its mirror bk://kernel.bkbits.net/jgarzik/netdev-2.6), please remove and
re-clone your repository.
