hi,
- replace PCI_DEVICE_ID_INTEL_82557 and PCI_DEVICE_ID_INTEL_82559ER
with theirs hex numbers
- PCI_DEVICE_ID_INTEL_82801BA_7 is a duplicate of 0x2449.
