The attached patch provides the 1.0.0 version of the ipw2200 driver.

As always, please let me know of any issues or problems.  The ipw2200 
project on SourceForge has newer code changes than are present in 1.0.0, 
but they are currently unstable and haven't been regression tested to 
ensure a reasonable level of quality.
