I can, but want clarify if it really necessary, because get_maintainer.pl
automatically adds netdev@vger.kernel.org:

./scripts/get_maintainer.pl ~/.../0001-drivers-net-cpsw-fix-port_mask-parameters-in-ale-cal.patch
