I=B9m using a Slackware64 V.13.37 distro. After booting up, I could not see the controller. =46rom =B3dmesg=B2 log I noticed that bnx2 driver would load the firmwa= re file called =B3bnx2/bnx2-mips-06-6.2.3.fw=B2, but this file is not present. I could download it from =B3http://git2.kernel.org/?p=3Dlinux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware= =2Egit;a=3Dtr ee;f=3Dbnx2;h=3D78c16645553a90b365391312546ca4e256f271fb;hb=3D654c70dae= 35817b6a5f6 dae553c5d4ef38d07195=B2. =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D It seems to me that the dir contents of /usr/src/linux-3.6.9/firmware/b= nx2 are not in sync with the /usr/src/linux-3.6.9/drivers/net/ethernet/broadcom/bnx2.c source file.
