[PATCH net-next] net: stmmac: remove stmmac_dwmac4_get_mac_addr()

stmmac_dwmac4_get_mac_addr() is identical to stmmac_get_mac_addr().
Remove stmmac_dwmac4_get_mac_addr() to avoid this code duplication.
