* [PATCH net-next] net: stmmac: qcom-ethqos: fix qcom_ethqos_serdes_powerup()

Add cleanup for failure paths in qcom_ethqos_serdes_powerup(). This
was missing calling phy_exit() and phy_power_off() at appropriate
failure points.
