Once af driver is removed, all memory and the structure which holds these pointers also freed.
octeontx2-af driver initialization allocates memory to hold these pointers again. So it is not
an issue.

Eventhough we did refactoring of code (as per reviewer's comment), this function is not
introduced as part of this change. So not planing to add this here. we can address this as
a fix comment following this series

ACK, but adding an extra field in structure for "len" of ikpu entries will also
break ABI. Current decision is to have all ikpu entires in filesystem binary.
