Seems that options from tools/testing/selftests/drivers/net/netdevsim/config are not correctly populated in it (CONFIG_NET_SCH_MQPRIO, CONFIG_NET_SCH_MULTIQ are also not set, CONFIG_PSAMPLE is set to m, not y)
