Make the case labels the same indent as the switch.

Make the case labels the same indent as the switch.

git diff -w shows differences for line wrapping.
(fit multiple lines to 80 columns, join where possible)

Make the case labels the same indent as the switch.

git diff -w shows 80 column line reflowing.
