ref->dpll->module == pin->module && ref->dpll->clock_id == pin->clock_id
is repeated multiple times in the patch, maybe it's better to make a
helper with some self-explaining name?

Apart from that patch looks reasonable, but I would like to have
explicit tag from Jiri.
