SpacemiT K1 has two gigabit Ethernet MACs with RGMII and RMII support.
Add devicetree bindings and driver for it. DTS changes will be submitted
separately.
Tested on BananaPi BPI-F3 and Milk-V Jupiter.
I would like to note that even though some bit field names superficially
resemble that of DesignWare MAC, all other differences point to it in
fact being a custom design.
Based on SpacemiT drivers [1].

The Ethernet MACs found on SpacemiT K1 appears to be a custom design
that only superficially resembles some other embedded MACs. SpacemiT
refers to them as "EMAC", so let's just call the driver "k1_emac".
This driver is based on "k1x-emac" in the same directory in the vendor's
tree [1]. Some debugging tunables have been fixed to vendor-recommended
defaults, and PTP support is not included yet.

My bad. The example still depends on the reset bindings for the constant
RESET_EMAC0. I just tried with reset v12 [1] and that fixes it.

Many of the stats above appear to cover stats covered by struct
rtnl_link_stats64, ethtool_pause_stats, struct ethtool_rmon_stats, and
possibly others standardised in ethtool.h. Please only report standard
counters using standard mechanisms. And only use get_ethtool_stats to
report non-standard counters.

Just for the record for anyone watching this thread, I'm most likely
going to be holding off sending the next version of this until reset v12
(probably?) gets at least taken up by a maintainer.
It's a bit of a weird situation over there since they're sending the
reset controller stuff through the clk tree, but then it's also a
mega-syscon situation for the K1 and that's how they decided they want
it, so it is what it is.
(The DMA bus dependency that was in v3 is all DTS changes with no
bindings and no driver, so that could be easily handled entirely in the
SpacemiT SoC tree, which is nice.)
