* [PATCH] atm/br2684: netif_stop_queue() when atm device busy and netif_wake_queue() when we can send packets again.

This patch removes the call to dev_kfree_skb() when the atm device is busy.
Calling dev_kfree_skb() causes heavy packet loss then the device is under
heavy load, the more correct behavior should be to stop the upper layers,
then when the lower device can queue packets again wake the upper layers.

Actually I think the problem is much less subtle than that :)

The problem is that whenever crypto_dequeue_request returns NULL,
chainiv will never see the NULL pointer because we end up converting
the pointer to skcipher_givcrypt_request which would have the value
(NULL - off) where off is non-zero.

Please let me know if this patch fixes the crash for you.

    crypto: skcipher - Fix skcipher_dequeue_givcrypt NULL test
    
    As struct skcipher_givcrypt_request includes struct crypto_request
    at a non-zero offset, testing for NULL after converting the pointer
    returned by crypto_dequeue_request does not work.  This can result
    in IPsec crashes when the queue is depleted.
    
    This patch fixes it by doing the pointer conversion only when the
    return value is non-NULL.  In particular, we create a new function
    __crypto_dequeue_request that does the pointer conversion.

Nice driver, even using the NAPI interface. First some general comments.
Please remove debugging code mainly useful for development, e.g. the
CONFIG_DEBUG_FS block, many dev_info calls and special statistics
counters. Also use dev_dbg for the remaining debug messages useful for
the normal user, like state changes. More comments inline.

Tried porting the driver to mainline? That way you will get more than
two years of improvements to the networking stack including NAPI.

There was a rework of NAPI [1] around 2.6.24, you'd probably like to see
commit bea3348eef27e6044b6161fd04c3152215f96411. You could also ask the
linux driver project to help you make the driver suitable for mainline
inclusion.
