[PATCH] netfilter: desactivate nf_log logger via sysctl.

This patch adds support for unbind of logger via sysctl. By echoing
"NONE" to a /proc/sys/net/netfilter/nf_log/PROTO file, the logger
corresponding to this PROTO is set to NULL.
