 # nft add chain filter c1
 # nft rename chain filter c1 c2

Error: Could not process rule: No such file or directory
rename chain filter c1 c2
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

 # nft add chain filter c2
 # nft rename chain filter c1 c2
 # nft list table filter
