Finally found an app that works. And through transcendental medication, I divined the incantations needed to make it connect.

  - Install
  - Run
  - Tap 'Local'
  - Tap 'Deny'
  - Tap 'Cancel'
  - Tap 'NO'

  - Tap '+' to add a device
  - Tap 'Add device by IP/DDNS'

  - For internet access, enter:
    o       IP/DDNS: saimartii.dnsalias.com
    o          Port: 24313
    o   Description: SaimartII (Internet)

  - Or for in-store wireless access, enter:
    o       IP/DDNS: 172.31.10.6
    o          Port: 80
    o   Description: SaimartII (WiFi)

  - For either internet or in-store wireless, enter:
    o      Username: admin
    o      Password: your birthday
    o Tap '16' channels

  - Tap 'Submit'

  - Tap the huge thing labelled SaimartII when it appears
  - Select the on-screen camera layout you desire
  - If you select a layout with fewer than 16 cameras, swipe left-to-right or
    right-to-left to switch to the next (or previous) group of cameras
  - Double-tap an image to zoom in; double-tap to zoom back
