This patch adds support for master tuple event notification and dumping.
Conntrackd needs this information to recover related connections
appropriately, see:

[PATCH][CTNETLINK] add support for master tuple event notification and dumping 

This patch adds support for master tuple event notification and dumping.
Conntrackd needs this information to recover related connections appropriately.
