I have implemented this in my place by providing a connectionn to 100 to 150 customers. I provide a Local ip address and all will be terminate in a linux box in my office which is then nated to public ip. Everything looks fine except MSN voice chat , NETMEETING voice and video and some other tools used for phone2pc and pc2phone.
