After a few search, I thought netdev@vger.kernel.org was the right ML
to discuss about "tc".
But when just lurking the traffic, it's more about network devices
development...
Where would you recommend to subscribe in order to talk about "tc"?

Larct mailing list is down for few years now. Maybe we should
organize and start a new list dedicated to routing & qos in linux,
because previous larct owner/maintainer fails to respond to email
queries.
As for tc, maybe I can help. You've got my email.
