Hi,
I am mainly a lurker, I just read posts to keep abreast of iptables
/netfilter...
BUT Am getting increasingly irritated by people posting HTML encoded
messages to this list. I am sure I am not alone.
Since I have subscribed to the daily "message digest", I get summaries
of the traffic. Any HTML encoded messages makes a short message three
times as long, with html JUNK all through the digest.
I used to just filter out any email with html tags in it-- anyone that
sends me html encoded messgaes is usually either a spammer or someone I
don't want to hear from anyway....If I left it filtered then I'd receive
1 out of 5 netfilter message digests....because of the html.
If anyone reads this, can you please just take the very brief moment to
TURN OFF html encoding for your messages ?? Please ???
