IP Filter and Netfilter/iptables are two completely different and
unrelated things (apart that they are both firewall applications).
Type "ipfilter" into Google and click "I'm Feeling Lucky" button. It
will take you directly to this page:

At the top of the page is the info on how to subscribe to IP Filter
mailing list. So, you see, using Google is not that bad thing after all ;-)
