Hi *,
I read http://linux-ip.net/articles/hfsc.en/ on hfsc qdisc, but I don't
understand this qdisc very well. Is there other documents about that? I
didn't find.

There is lot of HFSQ info around the net, just use google.

The last two are not linux implementations, but may put some light
