So for example, let's say that a user has a total allowance of 100GB per month. In total, that would be equivalent to a steady 319Kbps. However, let's say that I wanted to allow the first 50GB at 638Kbps, then the next 25GB at 300Kbps, then..... (You get the idea) Thanks
