Add this
$IPTABLES -A FORWARD -m state --state ESTABLISHED,RELATED -d
192.168.51.0/24 -j ACCEPT
$IPTABLES -A FORWARD -s 192.168.51.20 -j ACCEPT
$IPTABLES -A FORWARD -s 192.168.51.40 -p tcp --dport 80 -j ACCEPT
$IPTABLES -A FORWARD -s 192.168.51.80 -p tcp --dport 80 -j ACCEPT
