Trying to apply:
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o $ext_IF -j MASQUERADE
I get the following error -
Bad argument `MASQUERADE'
Try `iptables -h' or 'iptables --help' for more information.
It does not like the command you suggested.....
